Casement Window: New Frame (Classic)
Our casement windows are crafted from premium, sustainability sourced timber including pine wood, sapele, eucalyptus red grandis,oak and Accoya.
Additional commercially available timbers can be sourced for bespoke designs if required.
Casement Classic frames accommodate the following glazing units:
69mm frame: 14mm-36mm glazing units
4–6–4 (14mm DGU)
4–12–4 (20mm DGU)
4–16–4 (24mm DGU)
4–12–4–12–4 (36mm triple glazing)
78mm frame:36mm - 44mm glazing units
4–12–4–12–4 (36mm triple glazing)
4–14–4–14–4 (40mm triple glazing)
4–18–4–16–4 (46mm triple glazing)
A range of glazing specifications are available to suit thermal, acoustic and visual requirements.
Glazing bars are available in a range of profiles, with varying depths and detailing to suit both contemporary and traditional designs.
Face-applied glazing bars are used within the Casement Classic range.
Duplex bars are available in black, white, grey, brown finish.
Common glazing bar profiles include:
25mm Classic ovolo
25mm Classic lambs tongue
25mm Fine lambs tongue
Bespoke profiles can be machined to suit specific project requirements, including the replication of existing or historic details.
Where required, fully concealed trickle ventilation is integrated within the head of the frame, remaining invisible on the external face. The vent is visible internally and is available in black or white as standard. Bespoke finishes are available on request.

Classic casement windows utilise an integrated ironmongery system with hidden hardware and multipoint locking for a clean, minimal appearance and enhanced performance. Butt hinges are not compatible with this range.

Hinges: Concealed friction stays*
Holding open: Integrated with friction stay
Locking: Multipoint espagnolette locking system with night vent
Operation: Lockable espagnolette handle with key
Optional additions:
Restrictor (integrated or add-on)
Hinges: Egress / easy-clean*
Hardware to achieve compliance with PAS 24 available on request.
