Can you prepare technical drawings?
Yes. Every commission begins with detailed CAD drawings and full technical documentation, prepared for your approval before any timber is cut. This ensures each door, window and staircase is resolved to the millimetre, with architects, contractors and installers working from a single, precise reference.
Do you carry out site surveys?
Yes. Our team attends site to take accurate measurements and assess the existing conditions first-hand. For heritage and structurally sensitive properties in particular, surveying in person is the only reliable way to guarantee that each piece fits faultlessly and performs exactly as intended.
Do you provide CAD files?
Yes. We share comprehensive CAD files and technical drawings with your architect, contractor or installer ahead of production. You are welcome to send us architectural drawings, photographs, measurements or a written brief, and our team will review the information and advise on the most considered way forward.
Can you supply products for listed buildings?
Yes. We regularly produce joinery for listed buildings and properties within conservation areas, working to the specifications these settings demand. Where specialist documentation or planning consent is required, our team can assist with the necessary detail to keep your project moving with confidence.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every door, window and staircase we make is bespoke, crafted to order around your exact dimensions, timber species and finish. Nothing is taken from stock. Each commission is built individually to suit the character of the property and the requirements of the project.
